1. Accepting these terms

By using Trablem, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Apple\’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your App Store download.

2. What the service provides

Trablem is a travel-cost estimation and planning tool. It helps you compare likely ground costs, organize selected activities, and — with a Trip Pass — arrange a suggested itinerary. Trablem is not a travel agency, booking service, or emergency service. Adding an activity in Trablem does not reserve it.

3. Free access and Trip Pass

Cost calculations, saved cost plans, share cards, and the features marked free in the app remain available without a Trip Pass. A Trip Pass unlocks paid planning features — editing, chat-driven changes, route and stay optimization, and in-trip resimulation — for one selected trip. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

4. Purchases and refunds

Trip Pass applies to the trip you select before buying. Apple processes payment through your App Store account. Trablem does not receive or store your payment-card number. If a transaction is interrupted, Trablem rechecks before suggesting another purchase. Refunds are requested at reportaproblem.apple.com. Your statutory consumer rights remain unchanged.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, or reverse engineer protected service components except where applicable law expressly permits it. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, or sensitive personal content. Do not use estimates, AI output, or itinerary suggestions as a substitute for official safety, immigration, medical, legal, or financial advice.

6. Your content

You keep your rights in the trip information and text you submit. You give us permission to process that input only as needed to operate and improve Trablem. If you create a share card, you ask us to publish that trip summary at a public link until the related trip or your data is deleted.

7. Estimates, routes, and AI

Prices are estimates labeled with a confidence level and checked date. Actual prices can vary by date, venue, age, and availability. Totals do not include flights, insurance, or visa costs unless expressly stated. Routes are planning aids — check the relevant transport or venue operator before travel. AI proposes, you decide: AI does not make purchases or reservations on its own.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or product development. We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

Trablem is provided as available, without a guarantee that estimates, routes, or AI-generated plans are complete or error-free. You remain responsible for checking official sources and making your own travel decisions. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

10. Privacy

Our Trablem Privacy Policy explains how we process information. It forms part of these Terms by reference.

11. Apple terms

If you download Trablem through Apple\’s App Store, Apple\’s applicable App Store terms also apply. Apple is not responsible for providing Trablem support. Purchase, restoration, and refund processing remain subject to Apple\’s systems and policies.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
