Trablem Privacy Policy

Studio Undisturbed operates Trablem, a travel-cost simulator that turns a budget into a priced trip plan. This policy explains what information the app processes, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we process

Trablem does not ask you to create an account or provide a name, email address, or password. When you first use the app, Trablem creates an anonymous app session and may link it to an App Store app transaction identifier provided by Apple, so your saved trips and Trip Pass access can be recovered after you reinstall the app or change devices.

Depending on how you use the app, we process: trip details you provide (party size, budget, activities, spending records); app preferences (language, currency, theme, travel style); purchase records from Apple (Trip Pass transactions); share cards you create; and technical logs needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.

2. How we use information

We use this information to calculate travel-cost ranges, save and sync trips, create itineraries, provide Trip Pass features, verify purchases, prevent duplicate charges and fraud, answer support requests, and improve the reliability of our catalog and pricing evidence. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party targeted advertising.

3. AI-assisted processing

When you type a free-form trip wish or ask for a plan change in chat, that text is sent to our AI provider (xAI) to be matched against Trablem\’s fixed activity catalog or translated into a proposed plan edit. AI output never makes a purchase, reservation, or final plan change on its own — you review and apply changes yourself.

Free-form text sent for AI processing can contain whatever you type. Do not include passport numbers, payment details, health information, or other sensitive personal data in chat or wishlist text.

4. Share cards are public

If you create a share card, the trip summary it shows is published at a public web address that anyone with the link can open. Share cards do not include your name, purchase history, or spending records. Deleting the related trip or your app data removes the share card.

5. Service providers and international processing

We use service providers only to operate Trablem: Apple (App Store, StoreKit, Apple Maps); Supabase (authentication, database, server functions); xAI (AI-assisted trip chat); Seoul public-data services (transit reference data); and website hosting providers. These providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where that happens, we rely on contractual and legal safeguards appropriate to the transfer.

6. Retention

Trip and preference data is kept while it is needed to provide the service or until you delete it. When data is deleted, limited purchase, refund, fraud-prevention, tax, and audit records may be retained where legally required, with the link to your active app profile removed where practicable. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.

7. Your choices and rights

You can delete your data using Account → Delete app data inside the app. You may also contact us to ask what data is linked to your app profile, to correct it, or to object to a use of your information. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights. We honor those rights as required by the law that applies to you.

8. Security

We use access controls, signed Apple purchase records, row-level database security, and restricted server credentials. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Trablem is a general-audience travel-planning tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Child age bands entered when planning a family trip describe the traveling party and are not linked to any child\’s identity.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The version shown inside the app and on this page is always the current one.
