No cookies, no tracking pixels, no analytics scripts on this site

To send the Undisturbed Studio Report to subscribers, quarterly
To send weekly Signals to subscribers
Nothing else. No advertising. No profiling. No resale.

Where the data lives.
Email correspondence is hosted with the studio's email provider
Subscriber lists are hosted with the studio's email delivery tool
The studio does not maintain a separate customer database
Inquiry context may be referenced in the studio's internal operating system (Undisturbed OS), accessible only to the principal

Third-party sharing.
The studio does not share, sell, or rent personal data to third parties
Service providers (email host, subscription tool, hosting platform) process data on the studio's behalf, under their respective privacy terms
Client engagement data is kept confidential per the engagement agreement and is never used in published patterns or reports without explicit consent

Your rights.
Request deletion of your data at any time — email hello@undisturbed.studio with the subject "Delete my data"
Request a copy of what the studio holds on you — same email, subject "Data access request"
Unsubscribe from any publication — link in every email
Requests are processed within 10 days, as required under PIPA
If you reside in the EU or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA — write to the studio and your request will be handled on the same terms

Retention.
Inquiries are retained for the duration of any resulting engagement, plus standard record-keeping period required by Korean tax law
Subscribers remain on the list until they unsubscribe
Inactive subscribers (no engagement for 24 months) are removed automatically
