1. What Getizzy provides

  Getizzy provides general information and AI-assisted answers about daily life and administrative procedures in Korea. Features may include information cards, source links, search, saved content, continued conversations, and personalized recommendations.

  Getizzy does not provide legal, immigration, tax, medical, financial, or other professional advice. It does not decide what is best for an individual case. Outcomes may depend on nationality, visa, dates, documents, local practice, and facts Getizzy does not know. Verify important information with the cited official source, the responsible public authority, or a qualified professional before acting.

2. AI-generated information and sources

  Some responses are generated, classified, translated, or summarized using artificial intelligence. They may be incomplete, outdated, misleading, or wrong.

  When an answer is supported by an available official source, Getizzy may display a Source control. The absence of a Source control means that a verified source may not be available for that answer. A source identifies where information came from; it does not guarantee that the information remains current or applies to your situation.

  Do not rely on Getizzy alone for deadlines, eligibility, money, health, safety, immigration status, or legal rights. Official Korean documents and the responsible authority’s interpretation control if translated wording differs.

3. Private guest accounts

  Getizzy may create a private guest account without asking for an email login. You are responsible for access to your device and Apple account. Account, conversation, and purchase restoration may depend on valid service and Apple-signed information and cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance.

  You may delete the private guest account and associated Getizzy data using Profile > Account > Delete My Getizzy Data. Deleting Getizzy data does not delete your Apple account or automatically request a refund.

4. Free use and Izzy Pass

  Free-use limits may apply and are shown in the app. Attempts to evade usage limits, including repeated guest-account recreation, may be prevented.

  Izzy Pass is a one-time, non-renewing in-app purchase that provides 7 days of unlimited chats and personalized “For Me” recommendations, subject to service availability and these Terms. The price, currency, tax, and product details shown by Apple before purchase apply.

  Apple processes payments and refund requests under its policies. Studio Undisturbed does not receive full payment-card details and cannot promise that Apple will approve a refund. Deleting Getizzy data does not itself cancel, reverse, or refund a purchase. Eligible purchases may be restored using Apple-signed transaction information.

5. Responsible use

  You must use Getizzy lawfully. You must not disrupt, overload, probe, or interfere with the Service; bypass usage limits, payment verification, safety controls, or access restrictions; access or attempt to access another person’s account or data; submit malware or content intended to compromise the Service; use automated methods to scrape, copy, or reproduce the Service or its content; reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or use the Service to facilitate unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

  We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, providers, or legal compliance.

6. Your content

  You retain any rights you have in the questions and feedback you submit. You give Studio Undisturbed permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Getizzy, respond to support requests, and comply with law, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

  Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information, including identification numbers, passwords, financial credentials, complete medical records, or confidential documents.

7. Getizzy content and intellectual property

  Getizzy, its software, design, branding, original card structure, and original content are owned by Studio Undisturbed or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Official source materials remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners.

  We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose while these Terms apply.

8. Availability and changes

  Laws, public guidance, prices, deadlines, and procedures can change. Features may also change. We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue all or part of the Service when needed for maintenance, security, provider availability, legal compliance, or service reliability.

  Getizzy is not an emergency service and may not respond immediately. If someone may be in immediate danger or needs urgent medical, police, fire, or consular help, contact the appropriate official service directly.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

  The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Studio Undisturbed does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every response will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.

  Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Subject to those protections, you remain responsible for independently checking important information and for decisions made using the Service.

10. Privacy

  Our Getizzy Privacy Policy explains how we process information. It forms part of these Terms by reference.

11. Apple terms

  If you download Getizzy through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s applicable App Store terms and standard end-user license terms also apply. Apple is not responsible for providing Getizzy support. Purchase, restoration, and refund processing remain subject to Apple’s systems and policies.

12. Governing law

  These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply where you live.

13. Changes and contact

  We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The effective date appears above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice when required.
