  To help us investigate, include the Getizzy app version; your iOS or iPadOS version; the feature you were using; what you expected and what happened; and a screenshot, if it does not contain sensitive information.

  Do not email passwords, passport or residence-card numbers, bank details, full medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive documents.

Purchases and Izzy Pass

  Izzy Pass is a one-time, non-renewing Apple in-app purchase that provides 7 days of unlimited chats and personalized “For Me” recommendations.

  If a completed purchase is not recognized: 1. Confirm that the device is using the same Apple account associated with the purchase. 2. Reopen Getizzy with an internet connection. 3. Use any available purchase-restore action in the app. 4. If access is still missing, contact us with the app version and approximate purchase time. Do not send full payment-card information.

  Apple processes App Store payments and refund decisions. Studio Undisturbed can help diagnose entitlement problems but cannot directly approve an Apple refund. Refund requests can be submitted through Apple’s purchase support.

Delete Getizzy data

  Open Profile > Account > Delete My Getizzy Data and confirm the deletion. This permanently deletes the current private guest account and associated Getizzy data. It does not delete your Apple account or automatically request a refund.

  Getizzy provides general information, not legal, immigration, tax, medical, financial, or other professional advice. AI-assisted responses can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Verify important information with the cited official source, responsible authority, or a qualified professional.

  Getizzy is not an emergency service. For urgent medical, police, fire, safety, or consular help, contact the appropriate official service directly.
