These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of find Seoul (“the app”), a mobile application developed by Studio Undisturbed (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What the app does
find Seoul helps travelers learn practical Korean phrases organized by Seoul subway station and neighborhood. The app provides language content, station and neighborhood guides, and related travel information for personal, non-commercial use.
Accuracy of content
We work to keep the app’s phrases, translations, transit information, and neighborhood details accurate and useful. However, the app is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Transit times, routes, station details, and local information can change, and we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Always confirm important travel details (such as train schedules and routes) with official sources before you rely on them.
In-app purchases
find Seoul offers an optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional content. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms. Pricing is shown in the app before you buy. Because the unlock is a one-time purchase of digital content delivered immediately, refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies; please contact Apple for any refund requests.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to copy, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the app’s content or attempt to disrupt its normal operation.
Intellectual property
The app, including its content, text, design, and branding, is owned by Studio Undisturbed and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the app or its content.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including any reliance on information provided within it.
Changes to the app and these Terms
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
